Allow user to edit existing items

Description

Allow users to edit their existing to-do items. Clicking the 'edit' button will bring users to an 'Edit' page with pre-filled fields - they can modify these fields as desired.

Requirements

• Create and connect UI for editing items
• Pre-fill fields with existing item data
• Add PUT request to update todo item
