File browser and renaming feature fully implemented.

Inseo Kim requested to merge File_browser_window_with_GUI_standalone_setup_UPDATE into main

Users can see current files through file browser, and they can open or delete files. When the file is new, user has to change its name; its initially set to untitled. Until user change the name, it will not allow to save file.

For already existing files, users can save without any restrictions.
