Multi window feature has been added (Part 2)

Abhay Menon requested to merge File_browser_window_with_GUI_standalone_setup_UPDATE_BACKUP into main
  1. when the file browser is opened elsewhere, the note cannot be deleted.
  2. when we try to open the file which is already opened, opened file will gain focus.
  3. Sync DB logic not implemented yet.
  4. Resolved all merge conflicts
