This merge creates the FluidsWiki directory inside the sheets repository, which will be used to house files for the fluids wiki.

As a test, a host configuration file for VisIt is created in FluidsWiki/Visualization/VisIt/.

@s8weber After merging, if you can update the sheets wiki, I'll add the link from the fluids wiki.
