ISTWCMS-4493: check for sidebar in preprocess node and add class if any section has full width

@ibiki can you please look at this from a code perspective. The basic functionality is that if a node has a sidebar attached (meaning there is a sidebar variable in variables), then check each section for full-width and if it has even one full-width put a class in so that we can hook into it for css sidebar purposes.
